meet the gang

Amun

director | producer

Amun is a writer and director, who started his career as a part of the direction teams of films like Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, Superboys of Malegaon and Saali Mohabbat. Apart from this, he also contributed to various ad films. His independent writing/direction outputs include many of Middleway's music videos and advertisements.

Dimple

director | producer

With a Master’s in Film Direction from London’s Met Film School, Dimple has sharpened her skills as an Assistant Director on both ad and feature films, including Kho Gaye Hum Kahan and Lucca's World. She has directed independent projects like the music videos for Middleway, the ad campaign for Madhur Condiments, and her short film One Night Stand-Up.

Aashay

music supervisor | composer

Aashay is a music composer, producer and multi-instrumentalist. He frequently collaborates with different artists to help them produce their visions into cohesive realities. Currently he is working on his own music as part of The Besharams, and has created the background score for several Middleway projects. Aashay is the music supervisor at Middleway.

Sunit

creative producer | brand strategist

Sunit has over three decades of experience in brand and communication strategy. Apart from building brands across various categories he is also an avid consumer of stories through the print and film media. Sunit provides strategic inputs in all the content creation at Middleway.

Smita

chief of operations

Smita has a broad spectrum of experience across various industries like retail, consulting, direct marketing, and CRM, among others. She is a natural, goal-oriented team leader and an excellent relationship builder. Smita is the overall head of operations for Middleway.
